独活寄生汤加减联合微波针治疗膝骨性关节炎60例疗效观察

Efficacy of the Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus the microwave acupuncture on 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨独活寄生汤加减联合微波针治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月-2019年3月我院收治的60例膝骨性关节炎患者的临床资料,对照组30例,只采用常规西医治疗。观察组30例,联合独活寄生汤加减与微波针灸治疗,评估临床效果。结果:①临床疗效:观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);②相关指标:观察组白介素-1β(IL-1β),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-3)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);③症状积分:观察组关节疼痛、晨僵、关节肿胀积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在膝骨性关节炎的临床治疗中,独活寄生汤加减与微波针联合治疗能够有效减轻患者的临床症状,改善临床指标,提高临床疗效,具备较高的应用价值,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Duhuo Jisheng decoction(独活寄生汤)plus the microwave acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From January 2018 to March 2019,60 cases were divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine,and the observation group was given the microwave acupuncture more.Results:Clinical efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,and MMP-3 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of joint pain,morning stiffness and joint swelling in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus the microwave acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis shows good effects,can improve clinical indicators,and is worthy of promotion.
