分析麻子仁丸+补中益气丸佐治良性前列腺增生合并急性尿潴留患者试拔导尿管的疗效

Efficacy of Maziren Wan plus Buzhong Yiqi Wan on TWOC patients with BPH with AUR

目的:探究良性前列腺增生(Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, BPH)合并急性尿潴留(Acute Urinary Retention, AUR)患者试拔导尿管(Trial Without Catheter, TWOC)治疗中运用麻子仁丸+补中益气丸的临床疗效。方法:入选此次研究的121例对象均是本院2016年1月-2018年12月收治的良性前列腺增生并急性尿潴留患者,依照系统抽样法随机分为两组,参照组(60例)使用常规方法治疗,研究组(61例)再加用麻子仁丸和补中益气丸,对比两组TWOC效果。结果:经过治疗研究患者的国际前列腺症状(International Prostate Symptom Score, IPSS)评分比参照组低,前列腺大小比参照组小,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,研究组患者的膀胱残余尿量比参照组少、最大尿量比参照组多、留置导尿管时间比参照组短,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);TWOC有效率研究组远高于参照组,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组用药不良反应率为3.28%(2/61),参照组为5.00%(3/60),组间差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:良性前列腺增生并急性尿潴留患者应用麻子仁丸+补中益气丸治疗,能有效改善前列腺增生症状,提高患者试拔导尿管成功率,避免复发,且不会增加不良反应,临床中值得大范围应用。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of Maziren Wan(麻子仁丸) plus Buzhong Yiqi Wan(补中益气丸) on TWOC patients with BPH and AUR. Methods: From January 2016 to December 2018, 121 cases were divided into 2 groups. 60 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment, and 61 cases in the study group were given Maziren Wan plus Buzhong Yiqi Wan. Results: After treatment, IPSS and prostate volume were better in the study group. Bladder residual urine volume was less, indwelling catheter was shorter, and maximum urine volume was greater in the study group(P<0.05). Efficiency of TWOC in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The adverse drug reaction rate in the study group was 3.28%(2/61) in the study group and 5.00%(3/60) in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Maziren Wan plus Buzhong Yiqi Wan on TWOC patients with BPH and AUR shows good effects, can effectively improve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia, increase the success rate of TWOC, avoid recurrence, and not increase adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
