硒酵母联合左旋甲状腺素治疗淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎的效果研究

目的探讨硒酵母联合左旋甲状腺素治疗淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎的效果研究。方法将2018年1~6月在我院内分泌科门诊治疗的80例伴甲状腺肿大及甲状腺功能减退的淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎患者随机分为两组,对照组单用左旋甲状腺素治疗,观察组使用硒酵母联合左旋甲状腺素治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、甲状腺激素水平、甲状腺大小。结果观察组治疗有效率为82.5%,明显高于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05);两组治疗后TSH、TGAb、TPOAb明显低于治疗前,而治疗后FT3、FT4水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后TSH、FT3、FT4、TGAb、TPOAb水平与对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后甲状腺体积明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硒酵母联合左旋甲状腺素治疗淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎的效果显著,能有效调整甲状腺激素分泌,改善细胞免疫功能,缩小甲状腺体积,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the study on the effects of selenium yeast combined with levothyroxine in the treatment of lymphocytic thyroiditis.Methods 80 patients with lymphocytic thyroiditis with goiter who were treated in the Outpatient Department of Endocrinology of our hospital from January to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with levothyroxine alone,while the observation group was treated with selenium yeast combined with levothyroxine.The clinical efficacy,thyroid hormone level,and thyroid size were compared between the two groups.Results The response rate was 82.5%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.5%)(P<0.05);After treatment,TSH,TGAb and TPOAb in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while FT3 and FT4 levels after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,TSH,FT3,FT4,TGAb and TPOAb levels in the observation group after treatment were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the thyroid volume in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Selenium yeast combined with levothyroxine has a significant effect in the treatment of lymphocytic thyroiditis,which can effectively regulate thyroid hormone secretion,improve cellular immune function,and reduce thyroid volume,which is of positive clinical significance.
