Ⅰ期心脏康复护理对急性心肌梗死患者心理状态的影响

Effect of phaseⅠcardiac rehabilitation nursing on psychological state of patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探究Ⅰ期心脏康复护理对急性心肌梗死患者心理状态的影响。方法选取本院收治的70例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用心脏康复护理,每组35例,比较两组患者的心理状态。结果护理前,两组患者SAS以及SDS评分差异无统计学意义,护理两周后,实验组得分明显低于对照组,改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组发生不良反应的有3例,发生率为8.57%,对照组发生率为17.14%(P<0.05)。结论相比于常规护理术,心脏康复护理能更好的改善急性心肌梗死患者的心理状况,减少了患者的焦虑,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of phaseⅠcardiac rehabilitation nursing on psychological state of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 70 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing and the experimental group was treated with cardiac rehabilitation nursing.The psychological state of patients in the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups.After two weeks of nursing,the scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the improvement was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were 3 cases of adverse reactions in the experimental group,and the incidence was 8.57%,while the incidence in the control group was 17.14%(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing,cardiac rehabilitation nursing can better improve psychological state of patients with acute myocardial infarction,reduce the patient's anxiety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
