静脉采血体检者实施预见性护理的价值

The value of predictive nursing for venous blood collection in physical examination

目的分析预见性护理用于静脉采血体检者中的价值。方法选取2018年5~12月186例静脉采血体检者作为本研究对象,随机将186例体检者分为观察组和对照组,每组93例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施预见性护理,比较两组的注意事项知晓度、采血的依从性、护理满意度及不良发生情况。结果观察组体检者的注意事项知晓度和采血依从性均优于对照组(t=19.128,17.162;P=0.000,0.000);观察组的护理满意度(96.77%)明显较对照组的护理满意度(86.02%)要高(χ^2=6.838,P=0.009);观察组的不良反应发生率(9.68%)明显较对照组的不良反应发生率(20.43%)要低(χ^2=4.204,P=0.040)。结论对于静脉采血体检者来说,实施预见性护理既减少了不良反应的发生几率,还提高了护理满意度、注意事项知晓度及采血的依从性。

Objective To analyze the value of predictive nursing for venous blood checkers.Methods 186 examinee with venous blood collection from May 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 93 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given predictive nursing.The two groups were compared for prevention awareness,blood collection compliance,nursing satisfaction,and adverse events.Results Prevention awareness and blood collection compliance were higher in the observation group than in the control group(t=19.128,17.162;P=0.000,0.000);the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.77%,which was significantly higher than 86.02%in the control group(χ^2=6.838,P=0.009);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.68%,which was significantly lower than 20.43%in the control group(χ^2=4.204,P=0.040).Conclusion For physical examinee undergoing venous blood collection,the implementation of predictive nursing not only reduces the incidence of adverse reactions,but also improves nursing satisfaction,precautions awareness,and blood collection compliance.
