N-乙酰半胱氨酸联合小剂量地塞米松对支气管扩张患者祛痰疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)雾化联合小剂量地塞米松静脉滴注对治疗支气管扩张患者祛痰的疗效。方法选取2017年7月~2019年7月本院呼吸与危重症医学科住院患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予一般常规治疗,观察组给予在对照组的基础上加用NAC雾化联合小剂量地塞米松静脉滴注。比较两组患者治疗后咳痰量、咳嗽的程度、改良呼吸困难指数评分(mMRC)、圣乔治呼吸问卷评分(SGRQ)以及肺功能差异。结果观察组患者咳嗽减轻,痰量减少,同时mMRC、SGRQ评分和肺功能结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床NAC和地塞米松联用有较好的祛痰、平喘作用,可以改善患者的呼吸困难以及生活质量。 Objective To observe the expectorant efficacy of N-acetylcysteine(NAC)atomization combined with small dose of dexamethasone in bronchiectasis patients.Methods Eighty patients hospitalized by our Dept.of Respiration and Critical Medicine from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected and randomized into observation group and control group.The control group generally received routine therapy,while the observation group was given NAC atomization combined with small dose of dexamethasone by intravenous dripping based on treatment for control group.Expectoration amount,cough degree,modified British Medical Research Council(mMRC),St George's respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ)and pulmonary function after treatment were compared between two groups.Results We found that patients in observation group had relieved cough and reduced expectoration amount,meanwhile mMRC,SGRQ and pulmonary function results were all superior to those of control group and the inter-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of NAC and dexamethasone played good role in eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma,which could improve dyspnea and quality of life for patients.
