多节段创伤性脊柱骨折患者经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗的有效性及对患者并发症发生的影响

Effectiveness of percutaneous kyphoplasty in patients with multi-segment traumatic spinal fractures and its effect on patients’complications

目的探究多节段创伤性脊柱骨折患者经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗的有效性及对患者并发症发生的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2019年2月我院收治的70例多节段创伤性脊柱骨折患者,随机分为两组,每组35例,对照组进行传统的开放式手术,研究组进行经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗。结果研究组的治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的椎体高度和肢体功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组的Cobb角(脊柱的生理曲度)角度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的日常活动能力水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗应用于多节段创伤性脊柱骨折患者的临床治疗中,可有效提高患者的治疗效果,同时提高椎体高度和肢体功能评分以及日常生活能力水平,降低了患者的Cobb角角度及患者术后出现的并发症发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of percutaneous kyphoplasty for patients with multisegment traumatic spinal fractures and the effect on the complications.Methods 70 patients with multi-segment traumatic spinal fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group underwent traditional open surgery and the study group underwent percutaneous Kyphoplasty treatment.Results The treatment effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vertebral height and limb function scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Cobb angle(physical curvature of the spine)of the study group was smaller than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily activity level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of percutaneous kyphoplasty in the clinical treatment of patients with multi-segment traumatic spinal fractures can effectively improve the treatment effect,vertebral height,limb function score and level of daily living ability,reduce the Cobb angle of the patient and the incidence of postoperative complications and is worthy of promotion.
