摘要
目的对青少年口腔正畸中传统正畸方法和微型种植体支抗所获的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。方法此次研究所纳入的对象,为我院接诊的104例青少年口腔正畸患者,患者的治疗时间在2017年1月~2019年3月,根据患者接受治疗方式的不同对其进行分组,常规正畸方法为对照组患者,微型种植体支抗患者为研究组,对比分析干预后的患者临床结果。结果研究组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者,而研究组患者的治疗效果以及治疗满意度则要远远优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4、8周后,两组患者的牙周组织骨保护素表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论青少年口腔正畸治疗中,采取微型种植体支抗治疗,其获得的临床治疗效果要远远优于传统正畸方法带来的效果,这对临床的治疗工作有着极为重要的意义。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical therapeutic effects of traditional orthodontic methods and micro-implant anchorage in juvenile oral cavity orthodontics.Methods 104 adolescent orthodontic patients who were admitted to our hospitalfrom January 2017 to March 2019 were selected as subjects of this study.The patients were grouped according to different treatment methods,the control group were treated with conventional orthodontics,and the study group were treated with micro-implant anchorage.The clinical results of the patients after intervention were compared and analyzed.Results The data of patients in the study group showed that the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the therapeutic effect and treatment satisfaction of the study group were far superior to those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the expression of periodontal tissues osteoprotegerin between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion After analysis,the clinical effect of micro-implant anchorage treatment in adolescent orthodontic treatment is far superior to that brought by traditional orthodontic methods,which is of great significance for clinical treatment.
