健康教育对传染病预防控制的应用价值探讨

Discussion on the Value of Health Education in the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases

目的:研究健康教育对传染病预防控制的应用价值,为后期临床进行传染病防控提供依据.方法:以2015年7月~2017年7月期间于我县疾病预防控制中心进行健康体检人员406例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,两组人员数量均为203例,对照组采取常规健康指导,研究组在此基础上进行传染病预防知识健康教育,研究比较两组传染病预防控制效果.结果:传染病健康知识评分比较,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05).后期传染病发病率比较,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:传染病预防控制中采取健康教育可提高传染病健康知识认识水平,从而降低传染病发病率,值得推广应用.

Objective:To study the application value of health education in the prevention and control of infectious diseases,so as to provide basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the later stage.Methods:406 health checkups were conducted in the disease control and prevention center of our county from July 2015 to July 2017.They were divided into the study group and the control group by the method of random number table.The number of staff in the two groups was 203.The control group took routine health guidance.On this basis,the study group carried out health education on the knowledge of infectious disease prevention,and compared the two groups Control the effect.Results:The score of infectious disease health knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of infectious diseases in the later stage was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health Education in infectious disease prevention and control can improve the level of knowledge about infectious diseases and reduce the incidence rate of infectious diseases.
