甘草次酸抑菌免洗洗手液的研制 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨甘草次酸抑菌免洗洗手液的最佳配方及抑菌效果。方法:采用单因素考察和正交实验,以感官评价指标为指标,优选甘草次酸抑菌免洗洗手液的最佳配方;采用纸片扩散法进行抑菌性能测定。结果:最佳配方为卡波普含量3%、野菊精油含量3%、TEA含量2%;甘草次酸抑菌免洗洗手液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌圈大小分别为12.3 mm、10.9 mm、9.6 mm。结论:甘草次酸抑菌免洗洗手液性能稳定、温和、肤感较好,具有明显的抑菌能力。 Objective:To explore the best formula of glycyrrhetinic acid antibacterial hand wash solution and its antibacterial effect.Methods:By means of single factor investigation and orthogonal experiment,the best formula of glycyrrhetinic acid bacteriostatic hand wash solution was optimized with sensory evaluation index as the index.The bacteriostatic properties were determined by disk diffusion method.Results:The best formula was capubo content of 3%,wild chrysanthemum essential oil content of 3%,TEA content of 2%;The bacteriostatic circles of glycyrrhetinic acid for escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans were 12.3 mm,10.9 mm and 9.6 mm,respectively.Conclusion:Glycyrrhetinic acid has stable,mild and good skin sensation,and has obvious bacteriostatic ability.
