大数据背景下高校图书馆服务创新工作的研究

大数据时代的来临,对高校图书馆而言是机遇更是挑战,高校图书馆只有充分利用大数据技术才能避免被边缘化。本文从大数据的概念和特点着手,分析了在大数据背景下高校图书馆服务工作存在的问题,最后对服务创新提供可借鉴的途径和措施,为创新高校图书馆的服务和管理水平提供理论基础,为人才的培养提供更为全面的支持。

The advent of the era of big data is both an opportunity and a challenge for university libraries.Only by making full use of big data technology can university libraries avoid being marginalized.Our research starts from the concept and characteristics of big data,analyzes the problems existing in the service work of university library under the background of big data,and finally provides referential approaches and measures for service innovation.This study provides the theoretical basis for innovating the service and management level of university libraries and more comprehensive support for the cultivation of talents.
