Deconstruction and Construction:The Asymmetric Structure of China-EU Community Since the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China

新中国成立七十周年以来,中欧共同体结构在建构和解构的内部交互下完成了自我调适、脱离和倒转,以一个互动的历史变迁方式向外敞开该共同体的非对称性特点。这些结构化的特征给构建中欧共同体带来时代化难题和向纵深推进的阻力,既是国际关系如何在历史动荡变局中的重塑要求,也是对全球治理在现实之维何以可能的追问。构建中欧共同体,以揭示中国方案在解释人类命运重大关切中的原创贡献为前提,不仅彰显中国智慧在处理中欧共同体关系性存在独特的思想价值,而且包含通过构建现代意义的中国外交以从理论层面展示中国创造和中国形象的实践价值。超越非对称性结构,走向中欧共同体建设的合理互动就是在建构意义上中"求同存异"、在解构意义上"聚同化异"。

Since the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the structure of the China-EU community with a shared future has completed self-adjustment,detachment and reversal under the internal interaction of construction and deconstruction,opening up the asymmetric characteristics of the community in an interactive way of historical change.These structural features,which have brought about modernizing difficulties in the construction of the China-EU community with a shared future for mankind and impediments to its further development,are not only the requirements of how international relations should be reshaped in the turbulence of history,but also the examination minutely to how global governance is feasible in the dimension of reality.Constructing the China-EU community with a shared future is premised on revealing the original contribution of China’s program in explaining the great concern of future for mankind.It not only demonstrates the unique ideological value of Chinese wisdom in dealing with the relation of China-EU community with a shared future,but also includes the practical value of China’s creation and image in the dimension of theory through the construction of Chinese diplomacy in modern sense.Beyond the asymmetric structure,the rational interaction towards the construction of the China-EU community with a shared future is to seek common ground while reserving differences in the sense of construction and to gather and assimilate differences in the sense of deconstruction.
