文献遗产精准保护:研究缘起、基本思路与框架构建

Research on the Precision Preservation of Documentary Heritage:Its Origin,Basic Concepts and Framework

文章以研究缘起分析与内涵界定为基础,认为文献遗产精准保护应坚持普适性保护理论为指导,差异化保护需求为导向,"靶向性"保护策略为核心,动态化保护过程为依托的基本思路。构建了以"文献遗产保护实践个性化发展与保护理论普适性指导""文献遗产变质损毁与传承利用"的"双重矛盾"为逻辑起点,以文献遗产特征信息分层采集、保护需求评估识别、保护策略靶向供给和保护过程动态推进为逻辑结构,以保护文化正确引导、保护制度周密设计、保护技术立体发展和保护人才定向培养等为逻辑终点的文献遗产精准保护框架。

Based on the analysis of the origin and basic connotation of the precision preservation of documentary heritage,this paper proposed that the precision preservation of documentary heritage should take the universal preservation theory as the guidance,adhere to the differentiated preservation demands as the direction,regard the targeting preservation strategies as the core,and consider the dynamic preservation process as the support.Besides,it constructed a basic framework for the precision preservation of documentary heritage.In this framework,its logical starting point refers to two groups of contradictions,i.e.,the contradiction between the universal preservation theory and the individualized preservation practice,and the contradiction between the destruction and the exploitation of documentary heritage;its logical structure consists of the hierarchical collection of characteristic information,the evaluation and identification of preservation demands,the targeted supply of preservation strategies and the dynamic advancement of preservation process;its logical ending point involves the correct guidance of the preservation culture,the careful design of the preservation system,the multi-dimensional development of the preservation technologies,and the targeted training of the preservation talents.
