南方电网“西电东送”通道损耗特性及影响因素 被引量:7

摘要 为进一步挖掘电网节能潜力并为后续电网发展提供指导,基于南方电网"西电东送"发展历程及历年线损的统计分析,从时间、交易构成、输电通道等维度对直流输电通道、交流输电通道及整个南方电网"西电东送"通道线损率的变化趋势进行对比分析,对南方电网"西电东送"通道的损耗特性进行全面总结。采用成功关键分析法对南方电网"西电东送"通道损耗的关键影响因素进行分析和辨识,指出电网运行管理和直流输电通道的线损特性是整个"西电东送"通道损耗的关键影响因素。结合南方电网"西电东送"发展技术路线,提出了进一步优化未来直流工程关键技术指标等降损工作重点。 In order to further excavate energy saving potential of the power grid and provide guidance for future development of the power grid, this paper makes statistical analysis on development process and line loss over the years of the West-to-East power transmission in southern power grid. Meanwhile, it compares and analyzes variation trends of line loss rates of the DC transmission channels, AC transmission channels and the West-to-East power transmission channels in the whole southern power grid from the dimension of time, trade composition and power transmission channels, and summarizes loss characteristics of the channels comprehensively. By means of the key performance analysis method, it analyzes and identifies the key influencing factors on the West-to-East power transmission channel loss in southern power grid, and points out that the key influencing factors are operational management of the power grid and line loss characteristics of the HVDC transmission channels. Combining development technical route of the West-to-East power transmission in southern power grid, it proposes that further optimizing technical specifications of future HVDC projects should be focus of the loss control work.
