多组分气体监测仪的研发

摘要 本文从当前国内大气环境监测的应用需要出发,分析了当前多组分气体监测仪的现状,通过研发对一款多组分环境空气监测仪的从核心监测方法及器件选型、主控板电路和程序设计、仪器内部的气路设计和流量控制、友好操作界面设计四个方面进行了升级,并解释了这个四个方面的注意事项和着重升级的技术细节点,明确了优劣方案的比较等,升级后的产品性能大幅提升,符合未来市场发展的需要。 This paper embarks from the current domestic application of atmospheric environmental monitoring needs,analyzed the current status of multicomponent gas monitor,through the research and development project to update a multicomponent environment air monitor,mainly from the core of the monitoring method and device type selection,main control board circuit and program design and the gas path inside the instrument design and flow control,friendly operation interface design.This paper expounds in detail the four aspects to explain the matters needing attention and the technical details of the four aspects.And it has been clear about the pros and cons scheme comparison and so on,the upgraded product performance,meet the needs of the development of the future market.
