基于数据挖掘分析鲁卫星治疗老年冠心病用药规律

Analysis on LU Weixing’s Medication Regularity in Treating Senile Coronary Heart Disease Based on Data Mining

目的:基于数据挖掘分析鲁卫星教授治疗老年冠心病的用药规律,初步总结其在临床治疗老年冠心病的经验。方法:收集和整理鲁卫星教授治疗年龄大于60岁的老年冠心病患者的临床处方,应用Microsoft Excel 2010建立数据库并进行频数分析,应用SPSS 22.0软件进行聚类分析,应用SPSS Modeler 18.0进行关联规则分析,根据统计结果归纳鲁卫星教授治疗老年冠心病的用药规律。结果:共收集处方137首,总用药频次1714次,包含142味药物,其中核心药物36味,核心药物用药频次占总用药频次的77.01%。对36味核心药物进行聚类分析和关联规则分析,得出5类功效不同的药物组合和6组常用药对。结论:鲁卫星教授治疗老年冠心病,注重标本兼治,以健脾益气、活血化瘀为主,兼顾清心解郁、平肝息风、利水消肿等。

Objective:To analyze Professor LU Weixing’s medication regularity in treating senile coronary heart disease and summarize clinical experience in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease. Methods:Professor LU Weixing’s clinical prescriptions for elderly patients with coronary heart disease over 60 years old were collected and sorted out. Microsoft Excel 2010 was used to establish a database and analyze the frequency. SPSS 22.0 software was used to conduct cluster analysis. And SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to conduct association rules analysis. According to the statistical results,the medication regularity for elderly patients with coronary heart disease was summarized. Results:Total 137 prescriptions were collected,and the total medication frequency was 1714 times,including 142 medicinals,among which 36 were core medicinals. The frequency of core medicinals accounted for 77.01% of the total medication frequency. Cluster analysis and association rules analysis of 36 core medicinals were carried out,and 5 groups of medicinal combinations with different effects and 6 groups of herbal pairs were obtained. Conclusions:Professor LU Weixing emphasized on treating both the root and branch,focused on invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,activating blood to resolve stasis,as well as clearing heart and removing depression,pacifying liver and extinguishing wind,promoting urination and removing swelling.
