摘要
传统中医药理论中的脾虚与肠道菌群失调有密切关联,肠道菌群失调会引起心力衰竭患者体内代谢物的变化,同时在心力衰竭的病理演变中脾与心的关系也最为密切。以肠道菌群作为心力衰竭防治的新靶点,已经成为医学研究的热点。基于此,结合中医药思路以心脾相关理论为基础探讨肠道微生态与心力衰竭的相关性,以期对患者的临床治疗提供借鉴和启示。
Spleen deficiency in theory of traditional Chinese medicine is closely related to the intestinal flora imbalance,and the intestinal flora imbalance can cause change in metabolites in patients with heart failure.At the same time,the relationship between spleen and heart is the most important in the pathological evolution of heart failure.Intestinal flora as a new target for prevention and treatment of heart failure has become a hot spot in medical research.Therefore,this review combined with ideas in Chinese medicine to explore the correlation between intestinal treat and heart failure based on the theory of heart-spleen correlation in order to supply some reference and inspiration for the clinical treatment of patients.
