针灸治疗周围性面瘫的介入时间及治疗手段多样化概述

Consideration on Intervening Time of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Peripheral Facial Paralysis As Well As Diversification of Treatment Methods

通过检索中国知网、万方、维普等中文数据库,总结2011年至2019年针灸治疗周围性面瘫的研究近况。近8年针灸治疗周围性面瘫的关注和集中点在于分期治疗,根据本病所属不同分期分别给予急性期、静止期、恢复期相应的不同治疗原则。临床应用较多的治疗手段为电针疗法、温针灸疗法、针灸结合穴位贴敷、中药熏洗、红外光疗、心理干预等。电针治疗本病的最佳介入时机及其不同波形、不同强度、不同频率等细节问题尚处争议中,需后续大样本、多中心的随机对照试验加以验证。参考文献32篇。

The paper summarized the recent research on the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of peripheral facial paralysis ranging from 2011 to 2019 through the retrieval of China National Knowledge Internet,Wan Fang and Vip database.The author found that the attention of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for peripheral facial paralysis was the stage treatment in the past eight years.It was required to select the corresponding different treatment principles according to the different stages of peripheral facial paralysis including acute phase,quiescent stage and convalescent period.At the same time,this paper reviewed the clinical applications of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of peripheral facial paralysis such as electro-acupuncture,warm needling moxibustion,acupuncture treatment combined with acupoint application,herbal fumigation,infrared phototherapy,psychological intervention therapy and so on.In addition,the optimal opportunity of electro-acupuncture intervention and the details including different wave-forms,intensity and frequency are still controversial.So far,there is no unified and definite standardized scheme,which needs to be verified by follow-up large-sample,multi-center randomized controlled trials.There are 32 references in total.
