微型外固定支架联合克氏针内固定治疗掌指关节骨折的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Miniature External Fixation Bracket Combined with Kirschner Wire Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Metacarpophalangeal Joint Fracture

目的探讨微型外固定支架联合克氏针内固定治疗掌指关节骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年3月至2018年3月实施手术治疗的80例掌指关节骨折患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为A组(微型外固定支架联合克氏针内固定治疗)、B组(微型钢板内固定治疗)两组,每组各40例,比较两组患者的手术时间、骨折愈合时间、手术费用、骨折愈合效果及手术并发症发生情况。结果A组患者的手术时间、手术费用均显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者骨折愈合时间显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后2个月实施掌指关节功能评价,A组患者掌指关节功能评价优于B组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者并发症率2.50%与B组12.50%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微型外固定支架联合克氏针内固定治疗掌指关节骨折的效果较单纯使用微型钢板内固定治疗效果更好,术后掌指关节功能恢复更好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of miniature external fixation bracket combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation for metacarpophalangeal joint fracture.Methods 80 patients with metacarpophalangeal joint fractures who underwent surgical treatment from March 2015 to March 2018 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the treatment methods,it was divided into group A(miniature external fixation bracket combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation)and group B(miniature external fixation bracket),with 40 cases in each group.The operative time,time of fracture healing,cost of operation,effect of fracture healing and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The time and cost of operation in group A were significantly higher than those in group B,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of fracture in group A was significantly lower than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of metacarpophalangeal joint function was performed 2 months after operation.The evaluation of metacarpophalangeal joint function in group A was better than that in group B and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of patients in group A was 2.50%compared with 12.50%in group B.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Miniature external fixation bracket combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation for the treatment of metacarpophalangeal joint fractures is more effective than the use of miniature external fixation bracket,and metacarpophalangeal joint function recovery is better.
