麻醉复苏期波动性低氧血症1例病例教学查房被引量：2

摘要 1患者资料患者,男,63岁,身高165 cm,体质量60 kg,因“右下腹痛1 d”急诊就诊。从事护工工作,既往有多年高血压病史,具体血压(BP)不详,一直未服药。术前诊断:急性化脓性阑尾炎、盆腔占位,拟急诊剖腹探查。术前血常规、凝血七项、心电图及胸部CT(图1A、B、C)均未见明显异常。术前评估:ASA分级Ⅱ级,神清。气道评估:Mallampati评分Ⅱ级,心肺功能等均正常,术前已禁食禁饮12 h。拟在全身麻醉气管插管下进行手术。
