摘要
以花生抗黄曲霉品种J11为研究对象,利用蛋白质组测序技术(iTRAQ)分析了黄曲霉侵染胁迫条件下,花生蛋白质组表达变化情况,共鉴定到1382个蛋白质,其中84个蛋白质的表达发生变化,包括74个上调表达与10个下调表达。综合GO与KEGG分析的结果,发现黄曲霉侵染主要影响花生的代谢通路,且诱导植株抗性机制的运行。此外,本研究从生物信息学角度,对花生Ahhevamine-A基因进行了深入分析。本研究结果可为筛选新的抗黄曲霉花生种质提供理论依据。
By using of iTRAQ technique,this study tried to gain expression and regulation pat-terns of key peanut proteins response to Aspergillus flavus.The proteomic profiling showed that 84 of the 1382 detected protein candidates were aberrantly expressed as a result of A.flavus invasion,including 74 up-regulated and 10 down-regulated.Taken GO and KEGG together,these results con-firmed that A.flavus infection could greatly alter the metabolism and induce host defense mecha-nisms in the peanut,echoing a number of previous studies on the broad impact that the invasion of fungal pathogens could exert on global gene expression in plant.This study also deeply analyzed the Ahhevamine-A gene based on bioinformatics.This research provided theoretical basis for the screen-ing of A.flavus resistant germplasms from peanut.
