生物有机肥对盐碱土花生农艺性状及荚果发育的影响 被引量:12

Effect of Bio-organic Fertilizer on Agronomic Traits and Pod Development of Peanut in Saline-alkali Soil

摘要 采用盆栽试验,设置基施不同量生物有机肥(0、3000、6000、9000 kg/hm2),观察盐胁迫对花生及荚果生长发育的影响。结果表明,施用适量生物有机肥可促进盐碱地花生的主茎高、第一对侧枝长的增长。肥料用量为6000 kg/hm2时,叶面积指数和净光合速率分别提高0.681和34.02%,地上部干物质积累量大幅升高,荚果生长速度加快,花生衰老速度减缓,单株产量提高17.25%。生物有机肥可使非盐碱土花生叶面积指数和地上部干物质积累量增加,并促进花生荚果饱果期生长,有机肥用量为6000 kg/hm2时产量提高8.9%,效果最佳。 Pot experiments were set to explore the effects of salt stress on the growth and development of peanut and pods under different amounts of biological organic fertilizer(0,3000,6000,9000 kg/hm^2).The results showed that the growth of the main stem height and the length of the first pair of side branches of pea-nut could be promoted under appropriate amount of bio-organic fertilizer in saline-alkali soil.Leaf area index and net photosynthetic rate increased by 0.681 and 34.02%respectively,above-ground dry matter accumula-tion increased significantly,pod growth speeded up,peanut senescence slowed down,and yield per plant in-creased by 17.25%when the amount of fertilizer was 6000 kg/hm2.The leaf area index and above-ground dry matter accumulation of peanuts were increased and the growth of peanut pods were promoted in the full fruit stage by application of bio-organic fertilizer in non-saline alkaline soil.The yield was increased by 8.9%,and the best effect was under the amount of organic fertilizer 6000 kg/hm^2.
