Financial Support for rocky Desertification control in Qianxinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture

石漠化是发生在我国南方岩溶地区的生态环境问题、经济社会发展问题,已经引起了各级党委和政府的高度关注。根据石漠化治理的典型性,选择贵州省黔西南布依族苗族自治州作为研究对象,并且从金融支持的层面,探讨在新形势之下,该区域的石漠化治理应该采取集扶贫、水利建设、发展旅游业于一体的思路,以实现经济社会可持续发展。

Rocky desertification is a problem of ecological environment and economic and social development in karst areas of South China,which has attracted the attention of Party committees and governments at all levels.According to the typical of rocky desertification control,this paper chooses Qianxinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Guizhou Province as the research object,and from the perspective of financial support,discusses that under the new situation,the rocky desertification control in this region should adopt the idea of poverty alleviation,water conservancy construction and tourism development,in order to achieve sustainable economic and social development.
