基于文化资本的民族贫困地区教育精准扶贫实现机制研究--以“组团植入式”教育对口帮扶为例 被引量:7

A Research on the Realization Mechanism of Precision Education Poverty Alleviation in Ethnic Poor Areas Based on Cultural Capital:Take “Group Implantation”Education Counterpart Assistance as an Example

摘要 文章应用文化资本理论,以"组团植入式"教育对口帮扶为例,系统分析了民族贫困地区教育精准扶贫实现机制。研究发现,民族贫困地区文化资本具体形态僵化、客观形态匮乏和体制形态薄弱。"组团植入式"教育对口帮扶作为一项提升文化资本的顶层政策设计,可以促进学生全面发展、推动教师专业发展和塑造学校社会形象。因此,需要坚持党和政府领导、按需组团植入帮扶、引领学生精神成长以及完善教师薪酬制度,以阻断贫困的代际传递。 Applies the theory of cultural capital and Take"group implantation"education counterpart assistance as an example to systematically analyze the implementation mechanism of Precision Education Poverty in ethnic poverty-stricken areas. It is found that the specific form of cultural capital is rigid, the objective form of cultural capital is deficient and the system form of cultural capital is weak. As a top-level policy design to promote cultural capital, the " group implantation" education counterpart assistance can promote the comprehensive development of students, accelerate the professional development of teachers, and shape the social image of schools. Therefore, we need to adhere to the leadership of the party and the government, organize assistance by grouping on demand, guide the spiritual growth of students and improve the pay system of teachers, so as to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty.
