新冠肺炎流行期间民众的求助效能感与社会公益行为意愿

Help-seeking Efficacy and the Intention of Public Interest Behavior of the Populace During the Epidemic of COVID-19

在疫情等应激事件突发时,为有效抗击疫情,为相关管理部门的政策制定和疫情防控提供依据,充分调动人民抗"疫"的积极性,笔者自编《新型冠状病毒肺炎社会调查表》进行网络在线调查,结果表明:(1)民众对疫情信息比较关注,且拥有获取信息的多元化渠道;(2)民众的信息获取效能感、信息鉴别效能感、获取医疗帮助效能感和获取心理援助效能感较高,但不同人群之间存在显著差异;(3)民众从事义务工作的意愿、维持社会秩序的意愿和积极配合政府工作的意愿都很强,但存在着显著的人口学差异。因此,相关部门应采取多样化的宣传方式进行疫情通报与舆论引导,提升居民的求助效能感和社会公益行为,从而在突发应激事件中发动全社会积极应对,战胜疫情。

The purpose of the study was to investigate the help-seeking efficacy and the intention of public interest behavior of Henan residents during the epidemic of Corona Virus Disease-19,so as to provide a basis for the policy-making of relevant administrations to confine the epidemic with more efficiency.The self-compiled"Social Questionnaire on Corona Virus Disease-19"was used for online survey and the results were as follows:(1)Henan residents are highly concerned about the epidemic and have diversified channels to obtain the related information;(2)The participants had a high level on their information acquisition efficacy,information differentiation efficacy,medical help efficacy and psychological assistance efficacy,and there were significant demographic differences among different populations;(3)The intention of people to engage in voluntary work,to maintain social stability and to cooperate with the government were impressively remarkable,but there were significant differences in demographic factors.It is suggested that the relevant departments should take diversified publicity means to report the epidemic and guide public opinion according to the characteristics of different populations,so as to improve the residents’help-seeking efficacy and public interest behavior,and finally win the battle against the COVID-19.
