摘要
将工业行业分为高度、中度和低度污染密集型三类,构建环境规制下FDI对环境质量的影响模型与基于面板门槛的最优环境规制强度模型,探究环境规制下FDI对环境质量的影响机制在不同行业组的差异和变化,并确定各行业组的最优环境规制强度,结果表明:环境规制改变了FDI对环境质量原始影响机制的大小和方向,不同行业呈现不同的特点。高度污染密集型行业的环境规制强度越高,FDI对环境质量的改善作用越显著。中度和低度污染密集型行业的环境规制强度存在门槛效应,处于最优的门槛区间时FDI对环境质量的改善作用最显著。
This paper divides all industries into high,medium and low-grade pollution intensive types.Also,this paper builds the influence mechanism model of FDI on environmental quality under environmental regulation and the optimal environmental regulation intensity model based on panel threshold method,to explore differences and changes of FDI’s impact and mechanism on environmental quality in different industry groups under environmental regulations,and determine the optimal environmental regulation intensity in different groups.Results show that:environmental regulation changes the size and direction of FDI’s original impact path on environmental quality,and presents different characteristics in different industries.High intensity environmental regulation in high-grade pollution intensive industry makes the environmental quality better.While,there are threshold effects on the environmental regulation intensity in medium and low-grade pollution intensive industries,of which FDI plays the most significant role in improving environmental quality when the environmental regulation intensity is in the optimal threshold range.
