万历二十五年春明朝兵部尚书调整研究

A Study on Personnel Adjustment of the Military Department’s Minister of Ming Dynasty in the Spring of the 25 th Year of Wanli(1597)

万历二十五年(1597),日本增兵朝鲜再次挑起战争,使对日主和的明朝兵部尚书石星遭到言官弹劾并弃用.于是,明朝在这年春季不得不进行兵部尚书的人事调整.石星、李祯、邢玠三位相关人物在万历二十五年春季的官场际遇,具体表现出了明朝围绕兵部尚书调整的政治运作过程和基本特征,凸显了明朝兵部主要人事选择与援救朝鲜决策之间的关系.

In the 25 th Year of Wanli(1597),Japan sent troops to invade the Choson dynasty once again,Shi Xing as the minister of the military department of the Ming dynasty who advocated the negotiations between the Ming dynasty and Japan was impeached and abandoned.Therefore,the Ming dynasty had to carry out the minister’s adjustment of the military department.This paper centers on the official experiences of the three related figures of Shi Xing,Li Zhen and Xing Jie in the spring of the 25 th Year of Wanli,not only to inspect specifically the political operation process and basic characteristics about the personnel adjustment of the military department of the Ming Dynasty,but also to reveal it has connections of rescuing the Choson dynasty.
