摘要
提出档案是以利"己"为目的有意保存的信息的观点,探讨了利己中"己"的内涵;从档案起源的动因、档案的定义、档案的价值和作用等方面进行了论证;阐述了该观点在档案管理实践中的一些体现,对现有档案学理论中无法解释的一些问题给出了比较合理的答案。
The paper put the view that Archives are intentionally preserved for the purpose of self-benefit and about connotation of self in self-benefit from the motivation of the origin,the definition,the value and role of the Archives,etc.It was disscused some reflections in the practice and reasonable answers that cannot exist in Archives theory.
