科研院所廉政档案管理浅析

廉政档案对于记录干部廉政信息、初判干部是否廉洁、提高干部廉洁意识起着重要作用,但目前科研院所普遍存在着建档人员范围小、动态管理难度大、内容难保客观真实等问题,通过在工作中的总结和思考,提出了制定管理制度、扩大建档人员范围、实行集中统一管理等方法和思路解决当前存在的问题。
