肝动脉化疗栓塞联合射频消融治疗原发性肝癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation of TACE Combined with RFA in the Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer

目的观察肝动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)联合射频消融(RFA)治疗原发性肝癌的临床效果。方法选择2015年12月-2018年10月我院收治的原发性肝癌患者65例。根据治疗方法分为观察组33例及对照组32例。观察组给予TACE联合RFA组,对照组给予单纯TACE。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后的丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、卡氏评分(KPS)及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后ALT、AST、AFP、KPS评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组术后ALT、AST、AFP低于对照组,KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组并发症发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TACE联合RFA治疗原发性肝癌的临床效果优于单纯TACE治疗,对肝功能影响小,安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) combined with radiofrequency ablation(RFA) in the treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods Sixty-five patients with primary liver cancer who were treated in our hospital from December 2015 to October 2018 were selected. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into the observation group(n=33) and the control group(n=32). The observation group was given TACE combined with RFA, and the control group was given TACE alone. The clinical effect, alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), alpha-fetoprotein(AFP), Kaposi score(KPS) and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of ALT, AST, AFP and KPS were higher than those before treatment in the two groups, and the scores of ALT, AST and AFP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the scores of KPS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in incidence of complications(P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of TACE combined with RFA in the treatment of primary liver cancer is better than that of TACE alone, which has little effect on liver function and good safety.
