基于CPLD的料位检测系统的设计

摘要 为提高农机信息化和精准化程度,实现施肥作业机械肥料箱料位在线检测并保证其检测精度,设计了基于CPLD的电容式传感器料位检测系统。该系统由CPLD作为主控器、非接触式电容传感器、可编程低通滤波器电路、0~20 mA电流输出等电路组成。给出了系统的详细电路设计,并对系统性能进行试验验证。试验结果表明,料位检测系统结构合理、稳定性强,能够实现肥料箱料位的精确在线检测,为施肥作业机械提供了系统的料位检测解决方案。 In order to improve the informationization and precision of agricultural machinery and realize the on-line detection of fertilizer box material level and ensure its detection accuracy,a capacitive sensor material level detection system based on CPLD was designed.The system consists of CPLD as the main controller,non-contact capacitance sensor,programmable low-pass filter circuit,0~20 mA current output circuit and so on.The detailed circuit design of the system is given and the performance of the system is tested.The results show that the system has a reasonable structure and strong stability,and can realize the accurate online detection of fertilizer bin material level,which provides a systematic solution for fertilizer operation machinery.
