摘要 电梯曳引轮轮槽磨损会改变曳引条件,影响电梯安全运行。为评估轮槽磨损状况,提出了基于激光位移传感原理的曳引轮轮槽几何参数检测方法,并开发出检测装置和传感器运动控制软件。对某半圆形轮槽曳引轮轮廓进行扫查,得出5个轮槽轮廓数据;采用特征点提取和曲线拟合方法计算出轮槽角度、槽底-槽间边缘距、节圆直径等参数。结果发现,轮槽存在不均匀磨损;轮槽节圆直径差最大为0.66 mm,该轮槽磨损状况不符合相关标准要求。 Elevator traction wheel wheel groove wear will change the traction conditions and affect the safe operation of the elevator.In order to evaluate the wear condition of the wheel groove,a geometrical parameter detection method of the traction wheel wheel groove based on the principle of laser displacement sensing was proposed,and a corresponding detection device and a sensor motion control software were developed.The profile of a semi-circular wheel groove traction sheave was scaned,and five wheel grooves contour data were obtained.The wheel groove angles,slot bottom-to-slot edge distances,pitch circle diameters and other parameters were calculated out with methods of feature point extraction and data fitting.The results show that the wheel grooves uneven wear ocured.The maximum diameter difference of the wheel grooves is 0.66 mm and the wheel groove wear condition does not meet relevant standards.
