摘要
针对烟草高速热收缩膜包装机目前所存在的缺陷,基于窗口控制思想,为该包装机设计了多温区加热系统。通过对角矩阵解耦法进行多温区间的解耦控制;根据获取的信息在当前窗口内执行变量优化;通过人机交互界面设置相关的报警程序,当温度超过设定的阈值时,触发报警系统对其控制对象进行冷却。验证结果:在避免温区间耦合的同时,可以有效提高控制精度,并将温度控制在一个合理区间,以减少热量损耗。使用该系统可以有效地节约电能。
Aiming at the defects of tobacco high-speed heat shrinkable film packaging machine,based on the idea of window control,a multi temperature zone heating system is designed for the packaging machine.Decoupling control of multi temperature range by diagonal matrix decoupling method.Perform variable optimization in the current window according to the obtained information.Through the human-computer interface,the alarm program is set.When the temperature exceeds the set threshold,the alarm system is triggered to cool the control object.The results show that the control accuracy can be effectively improved and the temperature can be controlled in a reasonable range to reduce the heat loss.The system can save electric energy effectively.
