超声药物透入治疗联合穴位按摩干预肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良患者的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of ultrasound drug penetration therapy combined with acupoint massage on patients with functional dyspepsia of liver-depression QI-stagnation

目的探讨超声药物透入治疗联合穴位按摩对肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良患者的治疗效果。方法选择2018年1月~2019年1月我科收治的肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验1组、试验2组,每组各30例。对照组予常规治疗,试验1组在对照组基础上予超声药物透入治疗,试验2组在对照组基础上予超声药物透入治疗联合穴位按摩。在治疗前和治疗后15 d采用《胃肠疾病中医症状评分表》评定患者的临床疗效及胃肠道症状积分。结果试验1组患者治疗后的胃肠道症状积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组患者的胃肠道症状积分均明显低于试验1组(P<0.05)。试验2组患者的总有效率为93.33%,显著高于试验1组患者的总有效率83.33%与对照组的总有效率66.67%(P<0.05)。结论超声药物透入治疗联合穴位按摩治疗对肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良的临床疗效确切,能够有效改善患者的胃肠道症状,可推广使用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ultrasound drug penetration therapy combined with acupoint massage on patients with functional dyspepsia of liver-depression qi-stagnation.Methods 90 patients with functional dyspepsia of liver-depression qi-stagnation admitted to our department from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into the control group,the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 according to the rundom number toble method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment.The experimental group 1 was treated with ultrasound drug penetration on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The experimental group2 was treated with ultrasound drug penetration therapy combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy and gastrointestinal symptom scores of the patients were evaluated before and at15 days after the treatment.Results The scores of gastrointestinal symptoms after treatment in experimental group1 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of gastrointestinal symptoms in the group2 were significantly lower than those in the experimental group 1(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group 2 was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that(83.3%)in the experimental group 1 and that(66.7%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound drug penetration therapy combined with acupoint massage is effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of liver-depression qi-stagnation,which can effectively improve the gastrointestinal symptoms of patients and can be promoted.
