摘要
目的探讨复杂性热性惊厥与血清1,25-二羟维生素D3的相关性。方法选取2014年1月~2018年12月收治的小儿热性惊厥患儿60例,其中复杂型热性惊厥24例(复杂组),单纯型热性惊厥36例(单纯组)。分析复杂性热性惊厥患儿躯体功能与血清1,25-二羟维生素D3的相关性。结果复杂组患者体内1,25二羟维生素D3水平为(14.53±4.21)ng/L,单纯组为(20.22±6.65)ng/L,复杂组明显低于单纯组(P<0.05);将患者体内1,25-二羟维生素D3水平与复杂性热性惊厥间进行Pearson相关分析,结果显示,复杂性热性惊厥患儿血清1,25-二羟维生素D3与BMI(身体质量指数,Body Mass Index)、HOMA-IR(homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance index)、hsCRP(hypersensitive C-reactive protein)水平无明显关系(P>0.05),而与体内IGF-1(insulin-like growth factors 1)、IL-10(interleukin-10)呈负相关,与ROS(reactive oxygen species)、iPTH(intactparathyroidhor mone)、TNF-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α)、IL-6(interleukin-6)水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清1,25-二羟维生素D3水平变化可影响复杂性热性惊厥患儿躯体功能,可作为判断该疾病是否发生的指标。
Objective To investigate the correlation between complex febrile convulsion and serum 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3.Methods A total of 60 children with febrile convulsion in children who were admitted from January 2014 to December 2018 were selected,including 24 children with complex febrile convulsion(the complex group)and 36 with simple febrile convulsion(the simple group).The correlation between body function and serum 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 in patients with complex febrile convulsion was analyzed.Results The level of 1,25-(OH)2 D3 of patients in the complex group was(14.53±4.21)ng/L,while that in the simple group was(20.22±6.65)ng/L,which was significantly lower in the complex group than in the simple group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis was conducted between 1,25-(OH)2 D3 levels in patients and complex febrile convulsion,and according to the results,no significant correlations between serum 1,25-(OH)2 D3 levels in patients with complex febrile convulsion and BMI(Body Mass Index),HOMA-IR(homeostasis model evaluation-insulin resistance index),and Hs-CRP(hypersensitive C-reactive protein)were observed(P>0.05).The serum 1,25-(OH)2 D3 levels in patients with complex febrile convulsion were negatively correlated with IGF-1(insulin-like growth factors 1)and IL-10(interleukin-10),and positively correlated with ROS(reactive oxygen species),iPTH(intact parathyroid hormone),TNF-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α)and IL-6(interleukin-6)(P<0.05).Conclusion Decreased serum levels of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 can lead to lower body function in patients with complex febrile convulsion,which can be used as one of the indicators to determine whether complex febrile convulsion will occur.
