耳穴压豆联合“引阳入阴”按摩导引法对缺血性卒中后睡眠障碍的临床疗效观察

Effects of ear acupoint bean-pressing combined with massage guidance method of"introducing Yang into Yin"on sleep disorder after ischemic stroke

目的探讨耳穴压豆联合"引阳入阴"按摩导引法在缺血性卒中后睡眠障碍患者中的治疗效果,为缺血性卒中后睡眠障碍的治疗管理提供更好的依据。方法选取我院2016年3月~2018年1月收治的缺血性卒中后睡眠障碍患者109例进行研究,按照患者入院号尾数的奇、偶性进行分组,其中奇数组为对照组共54例,采用耳穴压豆的治疗方法;偶数组为观察组共55例,采用耳穴压豆联合"引阳入阴"按摩导引法的治疗方法,并分别在干预前、干预后采用PSQI和AIS量表对两组患者的睡眠质量进行评定,观察两组患者干预前后的效果。结果两组患者治疗干预后睡眠质量均较前提高,PSQI评分均优于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组治疗干预后PSQI、AIS评分降低程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合"引阳入阴"按摩导引法在缺血性卒中后睡眠障碍患者中具有较好的疗效,值得临床推广和使用。

Objective To explore the effect of ear acupoint bean-pressing combined with massage guidance method of"introducing Yang into Yin"on sleep disorder after ischemic stroke and to provide a better basis for the treatment and management of sleep disorders after ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 109 patients with sleep disorders after ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to January 2018 were selected for study.They were divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers of the patients’admission numbers.Among them,the control group(n=54)included the patients with odd number and adopted ear acupoint bean-pressing;the observation group(n=55)included the patients with even number and adopted ear acupoint bean-pressing combined with massage guidance method of"introducing Yang into Yin".Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)were used to evaluate the sleep quality of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After treatment,the sleep quality and PSQI score of the two groups were improved as compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The AIS,PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ear acupoint bean-pressing combined with massage guidance method of"introducing Yang into Yin"on sleep disorder after ischemic stroke is effective,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
