胃肠超声造影对胃十二指肠疾病的诊断价值分析

The value of gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of gastroduodenal diseases

目的探讨胃肠超声造影对胃十二指肠疾病的诊断价值。方法选取2018年2月~2019年11月在我院检查的疑似胃十二指肠疾病患者300例,对其均行胃肠超声造影诊断和纤维胃镜诊断,观察并比较两种诊断方式的诊断结果。结果胃肠超声造影诊断结果显示,急慢性胃炎198例,胃癌23例,胃石症7例,胃、十二指肠球部溃疡52例,其他16例,与纤维胃镜诊断结果相比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05);胃肠超声造影诊断准确率(98.67%)高于纤维胃镜诊断准确率(87.33%),两组有统计学差异(P<0.05);胃肠超声造影诊断病灶部位显示,胃底30例,胃体98例,胃窦102例,十二指肠球部52例,其他18例,与纤维胃镜诊断结果相比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05);患者对胃肠超声造影诊断的依从性(95.00%)高于纤维胃镜(81.33%),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论临床上对胃十二指肠疾病患者进行诊断时,采用胃肠超声造影诊断,准确率高,有较高临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound in gastroduodenal diseases.Methods 300 patients with suspected gastroduodenal diseases examined in our hospital from February2018 to November 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were diagnosed by gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound and gastrofiberscope,and the results of the two diagnostic methods were observed and compared.Results The result of gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound showed that there were 198 cases of acute and chronic gastritis,23 cases of gastric cancer,7 cases of gastrolith,52 cases of gastric and duodenal bulbar ulcer,and 16 cases of other diseases,which was statistically different from that of gastrofiberscope(P<0.05);the diagnostic accuracy of gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound was 98.67%,which was higher than that of gastrofiberscope(87.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The result of lesion sites diagnosis by gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound showed that 30 cases in gastric fundus,98 in gastric body,102 in antrum,52 in duodenal bulbar and 18 in other sits,which was statistically different from that of gastrofiberscope(P<0.05).The compliance of patients with gas trointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound(95.00%)was higher than that of fibergastroscope(81.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of gastroduodenal diseases,the gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasound has higher accuracy and clinical value.
