随着新冠疫情在全球加速蔓延,复杂的全球产业链出现暂时中断,疫情可能给全球产业链带来一定程度的冲击。文章认为应客观看待疫情的产业链冲击问题,并指出为应对疫情、稳定产业链,应平衡好疫情防控和复工复产的关系,适应产业链演变规律,提高服务业开放程度,持续优化营商环境,从制度上增强我国在全球价值链中的吸引力和集聚力。

With the accelerated global spread of the novel coronavirus pandemic, the complex global industrial chain hasbeen temporarily disrupted. The outbreak may have a certain degree of impact on the global industrial chain. Thearticle believes that the impact should be looked at objectively, and that in order to deal with the pandemic andstabilize the industrial chain, we need to strike a balance between epidemic prevention and control and resumptionof work and production, adapt to the law of industrial chain evolution, improve the opening-up of the serviceindustry, continuously optimize the business environment, and institutionally enhance China's attractiveness andcohesion in the global value chain.
