基于QuEChERS-气相色谱法测定平菇中虫螨腈残留研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文采用QuEChERS方法净化,建立了气相色谱法/电子捕获检测器(GC/ECD)检测平菇中虫螨腈残留的分析方法。样品用乙腈提取,提取液经含50 mg PSA、50 mg C18EC、50 mg GCB、150 mg MgSO4的2 mL净化管净化,GC/ECD检测,标准溶液外标法定量。虫螨腈在0.01~0.50μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 32,方法检出限为0.001 mg/kg,方法定量限为0.003 mg/kg。0.02、0.05、0.10、0.20 mg/kg 4个含量水平的添标回收率在88.5%~105.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在3.11%~5.22%之间,本方法简便、快速、准确,能够满足平菇中虫螨腈残留检测的需要。采用该方法测定了虫螨腈在平菇中的残留量,结果满意。 In this paper,QuEChERS method was used for purification,and a gas chromatography and electron capture detector(GC/ECD)method for the determination of chlorfenapyr residues in Pleurotus ostreatus was established.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile.The extract was purified by a 2 mL purification tube containing 50 mg PSA,50 mg C18 EC,50 mg GCB and 150 mg MgSO4.It was detected by GC/ECD and quantified by external standard method of standard solution.In the range of 0.01~0.50 μg/mL,the linear relationship was good,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 32,the detection limit of the method was 0.001 mg/kg,and the quantitative limit of the method was 0.003 mg/kg.The recoveries of the four levels of 0.02,0.05,0.10 and 0.20 mg/kg were between 88.5% and 105.4%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was between 3.11% and 5.22%.This method was simple,rapid and accurate,and can meet the needs of the detection of chlorfenapyr residues in Pleurotus ostreatus.The method has been applied to the determination of chlorfenapyr residues in Pleurotus ostreatus with satisfactory results.
