With the increase of the share of intermediate products trade in East Asia, countries and regions in East Asia are now having more close industrial ties with each other and the degree of integration of East Asia are deepening. While the different measures taken by the government of China, Japan and South Korea to prevent the spread of Novel Coronavirus epidemic have an impact on their own industrial production and transportation, it will also cause some damage to the foreign manufacturers in the East Asian industrial chain through the trade of intermediate products at the same time. In addition, as an important consumer market of products from East Asia, the United States and developed countries in Europe will also influence East Asia industrial chain from the demand side by the restrictive measures they taken to prevent the spread of the epidemic.
