摘要
多团队系统理论研究是当前管理学、心理学、工程、医学领域的研究热点,理论的提出到现在只有19年时间,但在组织管理中的重要作用已得到学者们的认同。当前多团队系统理论研究呈现碎片化特征,缺乏对近年文献的系统梳理,难以为后续研究提供清晰的方向。采用知识图谱分析法,以Web of Science数据库2001—2018年收录的171篇多团队系统理论文献为数据来源,探讨了多团队系统领域的研究现状,提炼了该研究主题的演进轨迹和前沿热点。研究表明,多团队系统理论研究在国内外学术界正在形成利用多层次、多阶段的视角尝试解决实际管理问题的趋势。
MTS theory put forward by now only 19 years,Multiteam systems is the hotspots in the current research field of medicine、management、psychology、engineering,MTS plays an important part in organization management theory,and now it also has received scholars'identity.But the current MTS theory research presents the fragmentation characteristics,because of the lack of literature in recent years,it is difficult to provide a clear direction for further research.Using the method of knowledge map,as a Web of Science database collection of more than 171 articles in 2001-2018 MTS theory literature for the data source,this paper discusses the research status in the field of multiple team system,refining the frontier topic evolution,and the research hot spot.Study shows that multiteam system theory research in academic circles at home and abroad are formed using the perspective of multi-level and multi-stage trying to solve practical management problems.
