兰州地区8项呼吸道病原体IgM检测结果分析

Analysis of IgM detection results of 8 respiratory tract pathogens in Lanzhou area

目的分析8项呼吸道病原体在兰州地区的感染情况,为临床更好地选择治疗方案提供依据。方法采用间接免疫荧光法对该院2018年1-12月门诊及住院患者共514例进行呼吸道病原体IgM检测,并分析检测情况。结果 514例标本中,病原体IgM阳性260例,总阳性率为50.58%(260/514),感染率最高的为乙型流感病毒[26.65%(137/514)],其次为肺炎支原体[18.48%(95/514)]。病原体合并感染105例,合并感染率高达20.43%(105/514),占阳性病例的40.38%(105/260)。其中2种病原体合并感染占阳性病例的29.62%(77/260),3种病原体合并感染占阳性病例的9.62%(25/260),4种病原体合并感染占阳性病例的1.15%(3/260)。结论兰州地区呼吸道感染病原体以乙型流感病毒、肺炎支原体感染为主,混合感染率较高,主要为2种病原体合并感染。

Objective To analyze the infection situation of 8 respiratory tract pathogens in Lanzhou area to provide a basis for better selecting treatment regimen in clinic.Methods A total of 514 outpatients and inpatients in this hospital from January to December 2018 conducted the respiratory tract pathogen IgM antibody detection by adopting the indirect immunofluorescence method.Results Among the 514 samples,260 cases positive were pathogen IgM,with a total positive rate of 50.58%(260/514).The highest infection rate was influenza B virus[26.65%(137/514)],followed by mycoplasma pneumoniae[18.48%(95/514)].One hundred and five cases were the pathogen co-infection and the co-infection rate was as high as 20.43%(105/514),accounting for 40.38%(105/260)of the positive cases.Among them,the combined infection of 2 pathogens accounted for 29.62%(77/260)of positive cases,the combined infection of 3 pathogens accounted for 9.62%(25/260)of positive cases,and the combined infection of 4 pathogens accounted for 1.15%(3/260)of positive cases.Conclusion The pathogens of respiratory tract infection in Lanzhou area are mainly influenza B virus and mycoplasma pneumoniae,and the mixed infection rate is high,which is dominated by the combined infection of 2 pathogens.
