摘要
本文介绍了利用抽真空模具技术,通过结合硫化机CPU功能来控制真空控制系统的动作来是实现轮胎与模具之间的介质排放,从而实现轮胎外表面与模具之间的完全吻合,最终提升轮胎外观质量以及轮胎的整体性能。
This article introduces the use of vacuum mold technology,combined with the CPU function of the vulcanizing machine to control the action of the vacuum control system to achieve the media discharge between the tire and the mold,so as to achieve a complete fit between the tire outer surface and the mold,and ultimately improve the tire Appearance quality and overall performance of the tire.
