摘要
橡胶挤出机在现代工业中有着广泛的应用,其中Φ90 mm橡胶挤出机主要用于各种橡胶的挤出成型。挤出机的特点:生产能力高;可进行连续生产;制出的产品质地均匀;规格尺寸比较准确;更换产品种类与规格比较容易;同一台机器可以适用于多种工艺操作;结构简单;制造比较容易。因此,在现在橡胶加工过程中挤出机得到了广泛的应用。故本文对橡胶挤出机的主动力进行设计,其中设计了挤出机的动力系统,并通过比较设计了电动机在整个挤出机中的位置布局,布置好整个系统的位置。本文对橡胶挤出机的传动系统,联轴器等进行了设计,并完成了橡胶挤出机的减速器各个轴和齿轮的设计并进行了校核,设计出了橡胶挤出机的主要传动系统。
Rubber extruders are widely used in modern industry.Among them,Φ90 mm rubber extruders are mainly used for the extrusion of various rubbers.The characteristics of the extruder:high production capacity;continuous production;uniform product texture;more accurate specifications and sizes;easier replacement of product types and specifications;the same machine can be applied to a variety of process operations;simple structure;manufacturing easier.Therefore,the extruder has been widely used in rubber processing.Therefore,this paper designs the main power of the rubber extruder,in which the power system of the extruder is designed,and the position layout of the motor in the entire extruder is designed by comparison,and the position of the entire system is arranged.This paper designs the transmission system and coupling of the rubber extruder,and completes the design and verification of each shaft and gear of the reducer of the rubber extruder.The main transmission system of the rubber extruder was designed.
