经皮穴位电刺激对腹腔镜下胃癌根治术患者免疫功能的影响

Effects of percutaneous electrical stimulation on immune function in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy

目的评价经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)对腹腔镜下胃癌根治术患者免疫功能的影响。方法择期实施胃癌根治术的患者中选60例作为本研究对象,入室后根据随机原则分对照组(仅实施常规麻醉)、观察组(麻醉结合TEAS),每组30例,对比两组患者的术后镇痛效果与免疫功能指标水平。结果入室后即刻细胞因子水平对比无差异(P>0.05),两组患者术后24h的IL-2、IL-6、SIL-2R与72h的IL-12水平差异显著(P<0.05),两组患者术后不同时间点的VAS评分、手术时间、术后首次下床活动时间、首次排便时间与住院时间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下胃癌根治术围术期实施经皮穴位电刺激方法,可缓解患者的疼痛程度,减轻术后免疫功能抑,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To evaluate the effects of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation(TEAS)on immune function in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods 60 patients undergoing elective radical gastrectomy in the hospital were selected as subjects of this study.After admission,they were randomly divided into a control group(routine anesthesia only)and an observation group(TEAS combined with anesthesia),with 30 patients in each group.Results There was no difference in the levels of cytokines immediately after entering the room(P>0.05).The levels of IL-2,IL-6,SIL-2R and IL-12 at 72 hours were significantly different between the two groups after surgery(P<0.05).There were significant differences in VAS scores,operation time,first time out of bed,first defecation time and hospitalization time between the two groups of patients at different time points(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous electrical stimulation at acupoints during perioperative period of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer can alleviate the pain level of patients and reduce postoperative immune suppression,which is of significant clinical value.
