帕金森病神经精神症状的研究进展

Advances in the study of neuropsychiatric symptoms of Parkinson's disease

帕金森病是一种常见的神经退行性疾病,精神症状是帕金森病常见的非运动症状,主要包括抑郁、焦虑、淡漠、幻觉和冲动控制障碍。因精神症状对帕金森病患者的生活质量及预后常造成不良影响,本文就其主要精神症状的流行病学、临床表现、病理生理学机制及治疗的研究进展加以综述,以加强对帕金森病精神症状的识别。

Parkinson's disease is a kind of common neurodegenerative disease.The psychiatric symptoms,one of the non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease,include depression,anxiety,apathy,hallucination and impulse control disorder.Given the psychiatric symptoms have a negative impact on patients’quality of life and prognosis,this paper reviews the recent research progresses on the main psychiatric symptoms,including epidemiology,clinical manifestations,pathophysiological mechanism and treatment,in order to strengthen the identification of it.
