本文主要以在役原油储罐的在线检测技术应用现状为重点进行阐述,结合当下在役原油储罐的检测工作开展情况为依据,首先分析储罐检测概述,其次从声发射检测技术、超声导波检测技术、机器人检测技术几个方面深入说明并探讨在役原油储罐的在线检测技术,最后阐述在役原油储罐的在线检测技术发展,进一步指明在役原油储罐的在线检测发展方向,旨在为相关研究提供参考资料。

This paper focuses on the application of on-line detection technology of in-service crude oil tanks,Based on the inspection of existing crude oil tanks,First of all,this paper analyzes the tank inspection overview,and then from the acoustic emission inspection technology,ultrasonic guided wave inspection technology,robot inspection technology several aspects of inservice crude oil tank online inspection technology,Finally,the development of on-line detection technology of service crude oil storage tank is described,and the development direction of on-line detection of service crude oil storage tank is further pointed out. The purpose is to provide reference for relevant research.
