摘要
西部原油管道主要担负着新疆各大油田和中亚进口原油外输任务。管道沿线设有多个分输、注入站场,服务沿线油田企业和石化企业。这些分输、注入站场均是在西部原油管道投产后建设的。随着信息技术的不断推广应用,诸如内部控制系统(DCS及PLC系统)与外部不再隔离。自控系统和网络通信安全直接影响了生产控制的稳定和安全。如何实现新建站场与西部原油管道既有的控制系统交互连接,确保过程控制系统与ESD(紧急关闭)系统稳定可靠,是新建站场的首要考虑因素。本文介绍了三塘湖原油末站与西部原油管道四堡输油站自控控制系统交互实践,为后期管道工程建设提供范例参考。
The western crude oil pipeline is mainly responsible for the export of imported crude oil from major oil fields in Xinjiang and Central Asia. There are multiple sub-transmission and injection stations along the pipeline, serving oilfield and petrochemical companies along the pipeline. These sub-transmission and injection stations were constructed after the western crude oil pipeline was put into operation. With the continuous promotion and application of information technology, such as internal control systems(DCS and PLC systems) are no longer isolated from the outside. Automatic control system and network communication security directly affect the stability and security of production control. How to realize the interactive connection between the new station and the existing control system of the western crude oil pipeline, and ensure the stability and reliability of the process control system and the ESD(emergency shutdown) system, are the primary considerations for the new station. This paper introduces the interactive practice of the automatic control system of the Santanghu crude oil terminal and the western crude oil pipeline Sibao oil transfer station, and provides a reference for the later pipeline engineering construction.
