摘要
我国煤矿机械化发展中,虽然起步较晚,但发展速度极快,到目前已基本实现全覆盖。但在实际发展过程中,仍存在着一些不足之处,如管理水平不高、使用寿命短等。而通过机电一体化数控技术的应用,能够充分发挥出其优势,使煤矿生产得到有效监管。基于此,文章结合相关实践经验,先对机电一体化数控技术的含义进行简要分析,然后对其问题进行阐述,并对发展趋势以及实际应用进行研究,以促进更好更快的发展,为同行业人士提供相关参考。
In the development of coal mine mechanization in China,although it started late,its development speed is very fast,and so far it has basically achieved full coverage.However,there are still some deficiencies in the actual development process,For example,the management level is not high and the service life is short.Through the application of Mechatronics numerical control technology,it can give full play to its advantages,so that the coal mine production can be effectively supervised.Based on this,combined with the relevant practical experience,this paper first makes a brief analysis of the meaning of Mechatronics numerical control technology,Then,it expounds its problems,and studies its development trend and practical application,In order to promote better and faster development,provide relevant reference for people in the same industry.
