摘要
吐哈油田鄯善采油厂采油废水由于细菌含量较高,容易造成水质差、腐蚀、结垢和阻塞等问题,本文针对油田当前广泛采用的化学药剂杀菌法存在的问题进行了剖析,通过试验,应用二氧化氯技术对采油废水中的硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的灭菌处理进行了实验研究。结果表明,ClO2投量浓度C>0.96mg/L时,鄯善油田鄯善工区污水就能满足注水水质标准,适宜的接触反应时间为t>4min,相应的CT值>4,研究成果将为今后吐哈油田优化采油废水加药配方提供理论依据和技术支持。
Because of the high bacterial content in oil production wastewater of Shanshan Oil Production Plant in Tuha Oilfield,it is easy to cause the problems of poor water quality,corrosion,scaling and blockage. In this paper,the problems of chemical disinfection method widely used in oil field are analyzed. Through experiments,the sterilization treatment of SRB in oil production wastewater is studied by chlorine dioxide technology. The results show that when the concentration of ClO 2 is more than 0.96 mg/L,the wastewater in Shanshan area of Shanshan Oilfield can meet the water quality standard for injection. The suitable contact reaction time is t > 4 min and the corresponding CT value is >4. The research results will provide theoretical basis and technical support for optimizing the dosage formula of oil production wastewater in Tuha Oilfield in the future.
